In 2024, I joined Fozzy Group, one of Ukraine's top five private companies. I am working on growing LOKO. It is the fastest delivery service in the country, holding a record of 4,5 minutes from payment to door. This year we achieved 4x growth.
I am passionate about services. In 2024 I travelled around Europe and Asia for 6 month and tested numerous deliveries, taxis, retailers, transportation services as LOKO and I have big goals. One of them was to build a design vision, to grow design from an MVP to a mature reliable brand

Loyalty Program integration to LOKO
Fozzy Group is an lovemark ecosystem. Everybody in Ukraine knows and uses it. We have lots of services that assist our guests in their daily routines. One of the things that connects the ecosystem is loyalty system "VR" with 1,9 MAU.
Goal
To integrate Fozzy’s loyalty system to LOKO to uplift retention, activation and loyalty.
Challenge
The most difficult part of it is the cross-team collaboration. I was juggling between Loyalty's needs and our business priorities.
Solution
Animated loyalty balance widget. Since we’re part of a magical ecosystem, it was important to create an experience that feels alive and animated. The animation is triggered when the bonus value is changed.
Personalized greetings to the interface. If a guest doesn’t have a name in their profile, we display a cheerful message. This space offers an opportunity to communicate more value to the user.
Bonuses withdrawal. Guests can now withdraw their entire bonus balance, though we have a few improvements planned in our backlog.
We also started displaying the bonus balance in several places: profile, history, order history, active orders, cart, and checkout.

1) Added real-life homepage activity widget
2) Updated rating and tips screen: added animations, interaction on opening page. Added extra information on the order.

Solution
Created two iterations:
1 - Communication in progress bar + bottom sheet
2 - Validated that users seek for more information and want to click on progress bar, so added extra information while clicking on it.

Increased revenue.
LOKO x Glovo Integration
Goal
Increase number of new users, brand awareness.
Challenge
From design perspective it was difficult as I am not in a graphic designer and it was challenging to manage the process of cross-functional discussions and approvals.
