Anna LishchynskaDesign Leader and Strategist @ Uklon

I’m Anna.I lead design team & strategy at Uklon.

My experience

Anna Lishchynska

I lead design at Uklon, a mobility ecosystem in 2 countries. My team of 15 product designers, 4 UX researchers, and a UX writer works across ride-hailing, delivery, travel, and marketplace products.

Before Uklon, I built the UI vision at LOKO, Ukraine's fastest q-commerce service, in the year it grew 4x. At lalafo, a classifieds marketplace in 5 countries, I designed monetization and led the design team.

I also teach. I taught product design at Projector Institute and customer experience at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Now I run my own masterclasses for senior designers at Spochatku UX.

How I work

  • // Systems thinking. I build systems in the product, in the team, and in DesignOps.
  • // Craft that feels alive. UI, brand, and motion bring a product to life. Clear experience and architecture make people adopt it and stay.
  • // Delegate, stay hands-on. I delegate often and step into the work when it matters.
  • // Behavioral design and research. Decisions start with how people actually behave, not with opinions.
  • // Simplicity. Every new feature should make the product easier to use, not heavier.
  • // Radical collaboration. Product, engineering, brand, and research shape the work together.

Outside work

I chose design over fashion because design lets me play in both.

I ski, play tennis and squash, run, and practice Pilates and yoga.

In 2024, I spent six months in 12 countries discovering delivery, ride-hailing, and ecosystem apps.

Two books shaped how I think about creativity:
1/ Creative Confidence by Tom and David Kelley
2/ Alchemy by Rory Sutherland
